By accessing or using stepd, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users, regardless of account type, trading volume, or jurisdiction. stepd reserves the right to update these terms at any time, effective from the date of publication.

Use of the Platform

You may use stepd solely for lawful trading and financial activity. Any attempt to manipulate markets, exploit system vulnerabilities, or use automated tools in violation of the API policy is grounds for immediate account suspension.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. stepd will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any unauthorized access must be reported within 24 hours.

Users must complete identity verification before accessing full trading functionality. Providing false information during KYC is a violation of these terms and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, interface designs, and proprietary trading algorithms belong to stepd. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

stepd is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, incorrect orders placed by users, or third-party service interruptions outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, stepd's total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Third-Party Services

stepd integrates third-party services including wallet providers, payment processors, and data feeds. stepd is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of those services.

Account Security

stepd employs cold storage, multi-signature withdrawals, and two-factor authentication to protect user funds. You are responsible for enabling all available security features on your account.

Your Rights

You may request account closure and full withdrawal of your funds at any time, subject to identity verification and any active regulatory holds. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.

Changes to Terms

stepd may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 2026.
